- Board Members chart the course of the organization, oversee management of funds, and are the major folks responsible for fundraising efforts.
- Horse Handlers lead the horses during the therapy sessions.
- Office Workers help with word processing, data entry, filing, newsletter production, mailings, etc.
- Side Walkers offer emotional, physical, and safety support to riders.
- Special Events Volunteers help plan and put on various events throughout the year such as the Hoedown and Ride-A-Thon.
- Veterans Program Volunteers help during the winter clinic for disabled veterans who come to ride. Includes handling, leading, paper organization, signage, set-up, clean-up, etc.
- Volunteer Coordinator helps with organizing and confirming handlers and side walkers to the scheduled sessions.
- Volunteer Riders help exercise and school the horses under the supervision of the Equine Manager. (Note – all riders must be approved by the Equine Manager).
